(25) And you treated as nothing all my counsel and would accept none of my reproof,

(26) I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when the thing comes that shall cause you terror and panic

Contemplating
Background story here, The writer is King Solomo and back on the readings of Proverbs, there were many warnings from Solomo towards the Sinners and this was Solomo's final warning.
Let's start the journal:
Thanks be to God, He ain't like us Humans like King Solomo; even Solomo who was chosen by God during that time, get fed up of reminding and warning people. Through this verse, God is actually pointing at my dislikes and I have to follow like God. To be honest, I dislike a few characteristics of people; as a human being, that is normal. But God is telling me that they are not wrong though in my eyes, Geez dude LOGIC!!! Well for this, Lord, please protect my heart from these events. =D please...
Then Matthew 9:3, We as humans, we tend to think that we are superior against others, smarter than others (some people think that they are the smartest). With these things, we then tend to criticize others, we judge others, discriminate others, yada yada yada. But then these things are not right and Lord wants me to tell myself and all of you to be humble. Judging and Criticizing upon others are not right. The one that is right is only GOD!

God, I rest and surrender all the root of evil in me and my heart to You. So that I may Glorify, Reflect, and be a living testimony of You through my actions.
