Contemplating
This is talking about the parables of the workers at the vineyard; where people come at different times. Some comes from the beginning of the day, some from mid-day, some even like 5 minutes before the day ends. The idea surrounding it is about the rewards that the workers get. Where all of them received the same rewards and yes it seems unfair but it was what the owner promised!
To translate the parable above is, the time when we accept God is not important. Accepting here is really accepting by truly Accepting Him in our heart, Declaring it, and Performing His will.
There is no bonuses on when we accept Him, God only promises one equal pay to everyone which is eternal life in His Kingdom. So don't condemn yourself that you are not within His arms. You are never too late to accept him.
A warning have also been given here as well where whoever comes first doesn't guarantee their position in God's eyes; they may come first but during judgment day, they might be last or off the list. So beware.

Taking Action
God, being a new-comer, I want to be the first in Your eyes. Search me O'Lord, investigate my heart to cut down the roots of evil in me.
End of my W4D4.
